Every scored payment is a decision — shadow or enforce. Here’s how usage, users and data are handled.
A monthly plan fee plus two meters per calendar month (UTC): risk decisions (every payment RiskCogs scores) and monthly active users (distinct customers we see). Starter is €49/month with 5,000 decisions and 1,000 users included; Growth is €299/month with 50,000 decisions and 10,000 users included. Prices are in EUR, excl. VAT, billed monthly.
Yes. Every scored decision counts toward your plan, whether it runs in shadow or enforce mode, and whether the payment is allowed or blocked. On Shadow, all decisions count toward the free cap of 500 decisions and 200 users per month.
Shadow is free and never billed, so it has a hard cap. Past 500 decisions a month, payments are still scored and marked over the limit. Past 200 users, new users are allowed without scoring until the next month. Upgrade to keep scoring everything.
Extra decisions are billed at €0.02 each on Starter and €0.005 each on Growth. Extra monthly active users are billed per 1,000: €29.95 on Starter and €19.95 on Growth, when auto top-up is on; otherwise the user cap is hard.

RiskCogs is designed for EU-hosted risk data. Confirm the hosting region, subprocessors and retention terms in your data processing agreement before sending production data.
